How to complete this assessment
Complete this assessment by using the drop-down menus to select your response. There will also be space for further and contextual notes – please share these where relevant. Refer to the hover icons for definitions.
For each use case please select:
- your estimated current AI maturity
- process maturity
- potential value
- data readiness
- the metrics you track (we have suggested one, but please add your own if needed)
- your numeric baseline and target
- the vendors or data partners involved
- the number of AI agents live or piloting
- the FTEs responsible
If a whole function doesn't apply to your organization, please select: “This entire function is out of scope” at the top of that section. If just a specific use case is out of scope for your organization, please tick “Out of scope for our organization” on that use case and add any context in the notes.
You can see your progress anytime by heading to the “Review Assessment” section or consulting the progress bar at the top.
When you have completed the assessment, click “Submit” and your response will be shared directly with the Zero100 research team. Your Account Manager will be in touch shortly after submission to schedule a review.
Saving your progress
